What happens when you try to change the perspective and assume the role of a captive and domesticated animal? How far is individual self-determination, if our actions take place within a given system with fixed codes and rules of conduct? What distinguishes us humans from trained animals? The actor Kristof van Boven will practice in a self-test in a swimming pool, the choreography of a show of killerwhales. In a workshop, the Whale-choreographies are forwarded to interested visitors.
The workshop starts at 15:30 in the DO TANK base camp in Muffathalle where we study a choreography of the whales in a sea-life show. At 17:00 we move to Müllersches Volksbad, where the whales are going to take over the pool in the sauna area and dance their choreography.
